# Charitology public research MCP

Three read-only tools search public interventions, charity index entries,
nonprofit benefits and bibliography records, retrieve an exact public record,
and report the supported catalog's coverage.

Preserve draft review states, hypotheses, source dates and source-specific
rights. Depth classifications are not charity ratings. The generated date is
build/export metadata. Missing coverage never establishes zero need.

This public endpoint cannot read OS accounts, donors, participants, private
records or files, send messages, enroll users or transfer funds.
